Our Offerings

  1. Shearing :- Shearing also known as die cutting, it is a process where the stock is cut without the formation of chips or the use of burning or melting. If the cutting blades are straight, the process is called shearing; if the cutting blades are curved then the operation is shearing-type. The most commonly sheared materials are in the form of sheet metal or plates; however rods can also be sheared. Shearing-type operations include: blanking, piercing, roll slitting, and trimming.
  2. Folding :- Our product range includes die cutting machines, carton folding machines & automatic gluer machines. We manufacture products that use only the best quality raw materials. Our team of highly qualified and trained engineers has a vast knowledge that benefits our customers immensely. We apply strict quality control measurements for superior grade of products. We offer fast sailing and delivery like Carton Folding Machine, Box folder gluer machine etc.
  3. Food and Beverages:- The Food and Beverages sector is one of the most important industries in the world economy. It is worth approximately US 4.22 billion industry. The bipolar structure of the sector is composed of large multinationals on one hand and a mass of small and medium companies on the other. . The food and beverages industry is all companies involved in processing raw food materials, packaging, and distributing them. This includes fresh, prepared foods as well as packaged foods, and alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
  4. Rolling :- In the rolling process, a metal forming process is there in which metal stock is passed through one or more pairs of rolls to reduce the thickness and to make it more uniform. The concept is similar to the rolling of dough. Rolling is classified according to the temperature of the metal rolled. If the temperature of the metal is above its recrystallization temperature, then the process is known as hot rolling. If the temperature of the metal is below its recrystallization temperature, the process is known as cold rolling.
  5. Bending:- Bending is a manufacturing process that produces V-shape, U-shape, or channel shape in the ductile materials along a straight line axis in ductile materials in sheet metal. In the process of bending most commonly used equipments include box and pan brakes, brake presses, and other specialized machine presses.
  6. Punching:- Punching is a metal forming process that uses a punch press to force a tool through the work piece to create a hole via the process of shearing. The punch then passes through the work into a die. In this process, a scrap slug from the hole is deposited into the die. Depending on the material being punched this slug may be recycled and reused or discarded.
  7. Leisure:- The leisure industry is the segment of business focused on entertainment, recreation, and tourism related products and services. It includes department of hospitality, recreation and tourism management.
  8. Drilling:- Drilling is a cutting process that uses a drill bit to cut or enlarge a circular hole cross-section in solid materials. Basically, the drill bit is a rotary cutting tool. The bit is pressed against the work piece and rotated at rates from hundreds to thousands of revolutions per minute. This forces the drilling procedure, in which the cutting edge against the work piece, cutting off chips (swarf) from the hole.
  9. Welding:- Welding is a fabrication or sculptural process that joins materials, usually metals or thermoplastics, by causing coalescence. This is mostly done by melting the work pieces and adding a filler material to form a pool of molten material (the weld pool) that cools to become a strong joint, with pressure sometimes used in conjunction with heat, or by itself, to produce the weld.
  10. Cutting :- Cutting is a compressive and shearing phenomenon, and it occurs only when the total stress generated by the cutting exceeds the ultimate strength of the material of the object being cut. The principle on which the cutting proceeds is that the smaller the area, the less force is needed to cut something and the sharper the cutting implement. It is generally seen that cutting edges are thinner for cutting soft materials and thicker for harder materials.
  11. Coating :- Coating materials like paints and lacquers that mostly have dual uses of protecting the substrate and being decorative. The paint on large industrial pipes is presumably only for the function of preventing corrosion. Although, functional coatings may be applied to change the surface properties of the substrate, such as adhesion, wet ability, corrosion resistance, or wear resistance.
  12. Galvanizing :- Galvanization is the process of applying a protective zinc coating to steel or iron done to prevent the metal from rusting. The most common method is hot-dip galvanization, in which parts are submerged in a bath of molten zinc. Galvanizing protects the material in two ways: it forms a coating of corrosion-resistant zinc which prevents corrosive substances from reaching the more delicate part of the metal the zinc serves as a sacrificial anode so that even if the coating is scratched, the exposed steel will still be protected by the remaining zinc.
  13. Spraying:- In materials engineering, the suspension plasma spray (SPS) is a form of plasma spraying where the ceramic feedstock is dispersed in a liquid. Thermal spraying techniques are coating processes in which melting (or heating) for cleaning and surface engineering of plastics, rubbers is done.
  14. Polishing:- It is the process of rubbing two materials against each other or using a chemical action to create a smooth and shiny surface. It leaves a significant spectacular reflection on the surface. In some materials (such as metals, glasses, black or transparent stones) polishing is also able to reduce diffuse reflection to minimal values.
